This company was established in 2006 to develop real estate projects in Syria, in collaboration with Balhasa International (the largest real estate company in the United Arab Emirates) and mas economic group. It strives at becoming one of the largest real estate developers in Syria, with an expansion plan to include other countries in the Arab World.

It is Palmyra's very first project. Our purpose was to create a residential compound after the name of the marvelous Damascene flower, the Jasmine. The site layout was designed in the shape of a Jasmine, and is located in Kafar Qouq (Yaafour), a posh suburb of Damascus. The project hosts 180 villas with three different sizes (also named after flowers); Jouri, Gardenia and Fel. Due to the outpouring of interest on behalf of our customers, which exceeded the number of villas for sale, we decided to establish our upcoming project, Emerald Hills, in a neighboring area.
