Project Activities Report

The work on the residential section of the Jasmine Hills project has already started after obtaining the necessary permits from the municipal authorities and the Ministry of Tourism.
Work tasks and functions are taking place in an accelerated pace in the three petals, which have villas of all different areas and types defined according to their own characteristics, which are Fell, Gardenia m and Joury. Over 60% of the excavation work of these villas has been done as part of establishing the structural and skeleton works. Regular and reinforced concrete work has been started accordingly.
The finishing work is still in progress at the touristic section of the project , including the rough and smooth plastering work, where over 60% of this work has been accomplished. Also the work in the retaining walls is still in progress where a big portion has been already executed.
Now that the spring and the summer Seasons are approaching, the weather is pleasantly improving which in turn will play a big role in recovering the work advancement and contribute to the performance of the various work tasks more effectively than in the winter. Consequently the project will benefit from all the available time without the weather elements hindering the daily work progress on site.
